--- Samples



Q: Can i get the sample by free of charge?

 A:For all the old customers sample requiring,we will provide the samples by 100% free ,For the new customer,Normally YASIKEY will need you pay the speakers sample charge and courier charge first, we will return the money back to you once you confirmed the mass production order.For all the sample order,the sample goods will be made by Technical staff,or if take from mass production goods ,then YASIKEY’s R&D team will check all the specification and material to make sure will be same as the mass goods.

QC will inspect all the details include the function,outlooks and packing before send the samples out.There will be a sample tag on every sample marked the basic specifications and application.


Q:How long time will take for the samples?

A:For the models which already shipped mass production,If only need check the outlook and sound quality,then there will be no requirement on the silkscreen for speaker systems panel,normally YASIKEY can provide the sample 3-7 days.

If you need new public models,it will take at least 15 days,because it will around 3 days to looking the panel and 7 days to design the new front control PCBA,after all the materials ready,YASIKEY’s acoustic engineer will adjust the sound quality to balance the wooden space ,driver unit,sir pipe and amplifier board,need all of them match perfectly,then can get wonderful sound quality,some times will change the drivers 2-3 times to final the sample.




---OEM/ODM services


Q:Can you do OEM business?

A:Yes,Our main business is speakers and home theaters OEM.we have more than 60 private tooling models for OEM,you can choose you favorite models to match your market to do your brand name.we will provide artwork design service,such as user manual,carton box,warranty card,giftbox etc.

You can send the LOGO file to us after the order confirmed,then we will design the draft artworks as you required.If your brand is famous brand,We will need authorization letter for the brand to allow production.

YASIKEY will protect your brand when producing your brand goods,will take some necessary confidentiality,will not send your brand speakers system to other customer,not allow others to take pics when the goods on the production line.


Q:If we need a new item according to market investigation,do you accept ODM?

A:Yes,Sure,We are eager to do ODM with our customers and always keep high interesting on new items for multimedia speakers or other sound items,we want to launch the new models or new item together with customer,Because customer know the market requirement,know the end user like what kind of speakers or home theatre.this kind of information will be very important for us to make the correct decision and design the models which will be really accepted by the market.At the same time, YASIKEY’S skillful R&D team will assess the feasibility of the project and ensure the project is completed smoothly.we trust that we can work much more closely and have more advantage compare to other competitors by this way,because we can share many helpful information each other.


Q:Can I get the exclusive right for my ordered panels?

A:In order to protect the customer's market and grow together with the customer, we provide exclusive sales services. As long as customer cooperate with YASIKEY to purchase any private mold speakers, we will ensure that the same mold products will not be sold to anyone else in the same country within six months after shipment. After 6 months, if the customer does not have repeat order for the product, or feels it is not suitable to continue to buy, we will negotiate to sell it to others.But for the public mold products, because YASIKEY also cannot control the sales of other competitors, we may sell the same product to several customers in the same country. When signing the order, we will tell the customer whether the product purchased is a public mould or a private Mould.

Q:we want to do SKD,can you do it?

A:Yes,Actually,we started SKD shipment term for 2.1 speakers and 5.1 home theaters around 2017,several customers who are come from Ethiopia,Morocco, South Africa,India,Philippines,Angola etc,they already did SKD form shipment with us many many times.Basically,the container loading quantity by SKD will be 2-3 times compare to completed goods shipment loading quantity.

But this way also will need you have the facility or stable local supplier to assembling and testing the goods,it will be not easy even lost money at the beginning,since factory system is totally different from the trading or marketing system,so it will need you to do some industrial study before the SKD project start,to check if SKD is the real correct way to decrease the cost and occupy the market share.YASIKEY can help to send production engineer to your country if met some problem when the production on line.

Q:which real way station is better If I come to your factory from other China city

A:Yes,the following station will be more convenience, Guangming City,Shenzhen North,Luohu.Basically there is more train to Shenzhen North and Luohu,if compare to Guangming City,before you come,you can contact us to check if we have car available to pick up there.


Q: How long does the lead time for mass production orders take?

A: For the delivery period of multimedia speaker products, if it is a normal return, there are basically no specifications or any artworks that needs to be changed. Our delivery period is 30-35 days after the deposit is confirmed. If it is a new model of the customer, but The factory has produced mass production before, then you need to confirm some artwork design, silk screen, and even send samples to you for approval, the general delivery time is within 45 days after the deposit is confirmed.

For some special circumstances, the sudden increase in market sales has caused the market to be out of stock. If you need to lay out the goods urgently, please consult with us separately. We will also communicate with our manufacturing system and supplier system, and try our best to meet customer requirements.

In addition, the production will be very busy two months before the Chinese New Year holiday every year, and it is necessary to estimate the delivery time for a longer period of time. At the same time, within one month after the New Year holiday, it is often due to the lack of workers and different suppliers will back to work at different time, resulting in low production capacity, can not be delivered on normal delivery.

Q:How about the MOQ?

A:It depends on different speaker systems items,normally the MOQ will be 1000 PCS for big size,such as 5.25 inch woofer,6.5 inch subwoofer,8 inch home theater,soundbar systems for TV,5.1 ch speakers systems and portable speakers. Meanwhile it will be 2000 PCS for middle size and small size speaker,which means 2.0 speakers ,4inch woofer 2.1 MINI pc speakers and computer speakers. As support for customer to bring new models to the market,YASIKEY will provide low quantity on the MOQ for the first order on new speaker items .For example,can do 500 pcs for the big models and 1000 pcs for the small items.if you order more than 2 HQ at one time,maybe will need 5-7 models to mix the container loading,we will try to offer special support on the MOQ for 1-2 models.

 

Q: How long has the factory been engaged in speaker manufacturing?

A: we established the factory in 2012,already running 8 years in sound system development,manufacturing and marketing.

In the last 8 years,Some competitor factories have closed down or switched to other products, but YASIKEY always insist on making audio products. We hope that through long-term accumulation, research and continuous progress in the audio field, we can become more professional and more detailed. At the same time, through the efforts of the YASIKEY team, it will bring better products and services to customers, push YASIKEY audio products to all corners of the world, and create greater value for customers.

 


Q:Where is your main market?

A:We do the world market. Before 2019, our main product is traditional audio, so the main markets are in Southeast Asia, Africa and the Middle East. Traditional audio still has a big market in many places, but the overall is going downhill The number is decreasing year by year, so we are constantly exploring new products.

After 2019, we added the Soundbar system and portable bluetooth speakers, hoping to expand our main market on the basis of the original, strive to enter the European and American markets, and bring our high-quality products to people around the world to enjoy the beautiful music.


---PAYMENT



Q: What is the payment method of your company?

A: As a traditional industry, the manufacture and sale of various audio products, our competition is quite fierce, and the profit is very small.Therefore, we hope that customers can give us support in payment methods. Generally speaking, we need customers to arrange a 30% as deposit when confirming the order (that is, before arranging production), and then the manufacturing system begins to arrange the order process, BOM , Material procurement and final production. After the goods are completed, in the case that your designated inspection is qualified, we need the customer to pay the full balance before shipment. For the balance payment, we can accept the payment method of LC or TT, generally DP or OA is not acceptable.


Q: Can you accept the letter of credit?

A: Letter of Credit (Letter of Credit, L/C) means that the bank (issuing bank), in accordance with the requirements and instructions of the (applicant's) or on its own initiative, in accordance with the terms of the letter of credit, according to the provisions of the letter Written documents for payment by the three (beneficiaries) or their designated parties. That is, a letter of credit is a written document issued by a bank with a conditional commitment to payment. In international trade activities, buyers and sellers may not trust each other. The buyer is worried that after the prepayment, the seller will not ship according to the contract requirements; the seller is also worried that the buyer will not pay after shipping or submitting the shipping documents. Therefore, two banks are required as guarantors of both buyers and sellers to pay for the bills and replace commercial credits with bank credits. The instrument used by the bank in this activity is the letter of credit.

Our multimedia speaker business can accept LC from some countries, actually, we has been doing LC for a long time for some customers since 3 or 4 years ago. But in general, if you need to do LC, then we must study the bank information of the letter of credit before signing the PI. Before confirming the issuance of the letter of credit, we need to submit the draft to our bank for review. When you open a letter of credit, please make sure let our bank checking the LC draft and then open the letter of credit.



Q: Can you accept DP?

A: Abbreviation for Documents against Payment. Generally, the bill of lading and other documents are sent to the bank after shipment. After the importer pays the bill, the bank sends the bill of lading and other documents to the importer for customs clearance and picking up the goods. Because the bill of lading is a valuable document, it is said that the first hand pays the money and the first hand delivers. There are certain risks for exporters. If after the goods arrive in the importing country, if the importer's funds have problems or the market changes, the importer may not get the bank redemption bill. For the exporter, how to deal with the goods is a very difficult problem. Therefore, under D/P payment conditions, we must strive for about 30% of wire transfer (T/T) advance payment. On the other hand, the owner of the bill of lading is better to make: "TO ORDER" has relative protection. The operation process of D/P D/P (payment and payment) as a type of collection business is divided into two basic transaction types: spot D/P and forward D/P. In international trade settlement, all parties follow the International Chamber of Commerce's "Uniform Collection Rules" (International Chamber of Commerce Publication No. 522, referred to as URC522 in practice) to handle D/P business.

At present, we can only accept DP payment term for old customers in some countries (these countries often cannot TT transfer), and do not accept DP payments for new customers. At the same time, if the customer's country can be transferred by wire transfer,  DP payment term will not be accepted.


Q: Can you accept OA?

A: Open Account (OA) is the common name of credit sales, which refers to sales by credit. Credit sales are sales based on credit. After the seller and the buyer sign the purchase agreement, the seller asks the buyer to take the goods, and the buyer pays the goods in the form of payment or installment in accordance with the agreement. Credit sale separates the transfer of commodities and the realization of the value of commodities in time, and converts money from circulation to payment (see the function of money). It is essentially a form of credit. Selling goods on credit makes the seller a creditor and the buyer a debtor. This debt relationship arises during the process of buying and selling commodities. After the goods are issued, ownership has been transferred, the sale of the goods has been completed, and the two parties have a debt and debt relationship and other civil relations.

A: If you are in same city SZ, you can take metro. Our factory is near Houting metro station at Line 11. We can arrange car to pick you up there.or normally we will provide pick up service if your hotel is in shenzhen city.


Q:Which airport is near your factory?

A:YASIKEY factory is near Shenzhen international airport, we can arrange car to pick you there.But if there is no much flight form form your city to shenzhen,you can fly to Guangzhou or Hongkong,this two airport have many international fight,and is not far from shenzhen.
